YOUR IMPACT
Reporting to the Regional HRD, the Senior HR Business Partner operates from Paris to work on 2 different levels of responsibilities:
WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS
Provide solutions to all day-to-day HR issues, drawing on the technical expertise of dedicated departments (HR Centers of Expertise) such as disciplinary matters, HR partnering, legal affairs, personnel administration, ...
Assists managers in understanding human resources issues and developing their teams. Steers new joiners onboarding and proposes/triggers the training needed to support business growth. Helps in performance reviews, talent reviews and succession plans.
Manages and negotiates the departure of individual employees.
Deploys Group HR processes locally, considering the specific features of each local legislation and culture, with a view to alignment and harmonization: values, benefits, etc.
Actively participates in more global Group HR projects, often with an international dimension
