Ardo Group is looking for the new Finance Director France, who will shape the financial organization of the French entity throughout the growth of the business.

Finance Director France

As Finance Director France, you will oversee the financial performance of the five production plants in Gourin, Violaines, Le Moustoir, Saint-Sever and La Garde-Adhémar, carrying 1/3 of the Ardo Group's annual turnover. You will lead the French finance team, consisting of about 10-15 controllers and accountants spread over the French production plants and report to the CFO of the Ardo Group. The position will be based in one of the two largest production plants (Gourin or Violaines).

The Finance Director France will focus on strengthening the profitability of the French entity, amongst others by raising the financial awareness throughout the different individual plants. Therefore, the focus is both on day-to-day financial operations of the different plants and on setting and executing the financial strategy.

Who are we looking for?

• have excellent command of French and English, both written and orally.
• have a minimum of 5 years of experience in managerial finance roles in France.
• function today at a managerial finance level in a multinational context as f.e. Finance Business Partner / Regional Finance Manager / equivalent role.
• have a strong background in accounting, tax and regulatory.
• have in-depth experience with leading (finance) teams.
• have experience with reporting to a group structure.
• are willing to travel to the different plants on a regular basis.
• in the food- or consumer-goods industry is a strong plus.
• with leading change is a strong plus.
