KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
1) Service documentation

Direct relationship with R&D, the solution engineer is responsible for the creation, update, and access provision of the service technical documents.

2) Service trainings
He/she develops and executes service technical training programs for our direct and indirect partners.
Also ensures technical trainings for the Trainers.
He/she regularly updates technical trainings accordingly to new products development

3) Technical support
The solution engineer is involved in level 3 technical support & analysis. He/she deals with crisis situations and monitors their resolution.

4) Solutions for serviceability
He/she takes part in the different internal committees as service representative and then ensures the follow-up of the different projects that impact service activities (i


e:
maintenance, processes,)
He/she is involved in the product development's strategical decisions for the service department's interest.
He/she participates in the different transversal projects to develop the company, related products and the department's structure.


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Education: Biomedical engineer or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years in medical devices (ultrasound imaging is a must)
  • Experience in technical training or technical documentation writing
  • An advantag

Experience in python coding

  • Good technical knowledge in electronics, computer, troubleshooting, repair
  • Basic network concepts understood (DHCP, DNS, IPv4)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Languag

French & English:
Full Professional or mother tongue

  • Knowledge in medical devices regulations
  • Proficiency in computer skills MS Office Package
  • International travel 20%

Experience:

Ultrasound Imaging: 3 years (required)
