Ta LittleBig mission si tu l'acceptes:

Tu seras responsable du matching entre client

es et expertes:
- _Analyser et challenger les besoins clients de la BU ;_
- _Identifier et qualifier les profils techniques ;_
- _Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les Account Manager pour maitriser leur périmètre business et pouvoir y positionner notre communauté ;_

Tu es la personne idéale si:

_ _Tu as une premi_è_re exp_é_rience ou une app_é_tence dans le recrutement / sourcing ;_

- _ _Tu as de tr_è_s bonnes capacit_é_s d_'_adaptation et un bon relationnel_ _;_
- _ _Tu es _à_ la recherche d_'_une aventure en _é_quipe, de responsabilit_é_s et d_'_autonomie_ _;_
- _ _En plus de ta langue maternelle,_ _tu as une bonne maitrise de l'anglais ;_
- _ _Une exp_é_rience dans le monde d_'_IT et _à_ l_'_international est un plus_ _;_
- _ _Tu as un niveau ou _é_quivalent BAC+5, d_'_ing_é_nieur ou d_'_universit_é_, et souhaites _é_voluer dans un environnement de scale-up._
