We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist (M/F) for a permanent contract
to be filled as soon as possible.
Part of Sales Operations Europe Team and reporting to the Sales Support & Sales Excellence Manager, you will support European sales growth by focusing on the following main responsibilities:

  • **Drives Market insight activities**In relationship with Marketing and Sales support & Sales Excellence Manager Europe, the sales support specialist will support Market analysis activities.
- **Drives Bid Coordination for Pan European Tenders**In relationship with Accounts' Sales leaders and Customer Solution Design Team, the Sales support will coordinate & design value propositions approach in pan
  • European tenders.


He/she will also create and maintains RFI Database (Europe & Countries), ensuring that key figures, information, and documents are always up-to-date and available for countries.

- **Provides Value Added support to SAM (Strategic Accounts Managers) **on their daily

activities, focusing on strategic account planning approach coordination, customer meetings, business review's preparation, customers' analysis, market studies.
- **Maintains & Enriches Europe Sales Library**With support of Europe and countries' marketing and sales teams, the sales support specialist is responsible for updating existing sales materials (yearly update of figures, data,) and enriching the Sales Library by Creating new materials (business cases, Value Proposition per Vertical and products, presentations).
- **Supports in setting up a continuous improvement approach & in implementing new projects**Workshops' organization, materials creation (presentations, analysis, researches etc.).


What you need to succeed:


  • You are fluent in English, and French. Spanish would be a plus.
  • You have a strong expertise on Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • You are able to create Value Propositions & bring innovative approaches
  • You have analytical & synthesis skills
  • You are a leader and a team player

Would be a plus:


  • Logistics and Transport experience
  • Power BI Expertise
  • Salesforce Knowledge
  • Sales and/or Marketing experience
