Product Manager - Paris, France - Beamy
Description
During a typical week, you will lead end-to-end projects, from the discovery & vision to the delivery & feedbacks:
- Conduct user interviews.
- Conduct market research.
- Provide insight around the roadmap.
- Define the product value, use case & share it around the company (in collab with our PMM).
- Work with the engineers to scope and prioritize the devs.
- Write functional specification (User Stories).
- Help the product team to grow & structure.
Some tools we use:
Figma, Slack, Clickup (to follow the delivery), Productboard, Notion, Airtable, Hotjar ( for user recording & heatmaps), Retool.

Must have to succeed on the job:
As we're growing fast, new challenges arise, requiring creative problem-solver and a curious person that like to understand complex products, workflows and features.
- You have at least 6 years of experience on a Product team as a Product Manager or Product Owner.
- You have already worked on complex products with large enterprise accounts
- You are used to writing Functional specs & understand Technical specs : You need to understand the basics of the technical specs to be able to discuss with the engineering team (What is an API ? How the front interact with them ? How databases are structured ?).
- You have already conducted user interviews, user testing, market research.
Nice to have:
- You have already worked on a product that needs to evolve in an immature market
- You are aware of the risk problematics within those large enterprises (compliance, cybersecurity, operational, financial)
