EDR and Vulnerability Management Service Manager (F/M)

Position based in your country
As the EDR and Vulnerability Management Service Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that the service runs smoothly (operability, costs, quality of service, etc. in accordance with the commitments made to Engie subsidiaries and suppliers). You have functional or managerial authority over the operational teams.

As a Cybersecurity Service Manager, you will work within ENGIE's Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) on Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) and Vulnerability Management services for all subsidiaries of the Group.

You will manage a team of 6 experts responsible for the administration and operation of these solutions.


Job requirements - Internal

Your tasks will consist of:


  • Ensuring that technical solutions are maintained in operational condition by maintaining service level commitments through the management of KPIs and guaranteeing updates in line with the Group's challenges and the evolution of the technological roadmap
  • Managing the team of technical experts
  • Reporting to the group's authorities (CISO and Group security team)
  • Establishing and monitoring the budget
  • Communicating with all the Group's security operating entities to adapt the department's security position
  • Defining the roadmap of the service and its solutions to anticipate the needs of the Group.

Desired profile


You have 10 years' experience or more, have been involved in the management of an operational service (knowledge of the ITIL framework) or in project management with an international dimension, and are passionate about cybersecurity.

You have a good knowledge of EDR solutions (Crowdstrike or others) as well as vulnerability management (Tenable, Qualys, others).

Organized, thorough and with good interpersonal skills, you are committed to providing the best service to the Group.

You have a good command of the English language.
