Role description:

The Industry Market Manager Local is responsible to link all local tasks between sales, procurement, CSR, EMEA IMMs, system administration, supply chain and operations. PM local should be a central point of contact on regional level.

_Key Areas of responsibility:
_

Manage local suppliers, product sourcing incl. product availability and inventory optimization
Control purchasing processes / planning
Cooperate with sales (e.g. pricing guidelines in line with market development, push products)
Develop and manage relevant market knowhow and strategically position products
Act as contact point for customer service, sales and IMMs
Process Purchase orders according to quality standards and targets at local ERP system
Complete relevant reporting and admin tasks
Represent contact point for local team for any kind of questions related to delivery/order/suppliers mgmt.
Managing new product introductions (incl. System Work (SAP): Setting up products in the systems)
Defining (value based) pricing guidelines and implement into the ERP system
Informing Sales management/ Sales teams about price changes
Support solving Supply Chain issues
Local Supplier duties: (for suppliers who brings a valuable GP contribution)
Taking care of stocks/setting guidelines for purchasing of certain materials
Sample coordination

Market development

Admin

Ensure appropriate local system data administration (e.g., Prices, Product implementation, stock level monitoring, etc.)

Required Experience

Good communication and negotiation skills
Solution orientated mind set

Mastering French language is mandatory.
Good English language skills are necessary, knowledge of other foreign languages is an advantage but not necessary
