Role description:


  • The Industry Market Manager Local is responsible to link all local tasks between sales, procurement, CSR, EMEA IMMs, system administration, supply chain and operations. PM local should be a central point of contact on regional level.

_Key Areas of responsibility:
_


  • Manage local suppliers, product sourcing incl. product availability and inventory optimization
  • Control purchasing processes / planning
  • Cooperate with sales (e.g. pricing guidelines in line with market development, push products)
  • Develop and manage relevant market knowhow and strategically position products
  • Act as contact point for customer service, sales and IMMs
  • Process Purchase orders according to quality standards and targets at local ERP system
  • Complete relevant reporting and admin tasks
  • Represent contact point for local team for any kind of questions related to delivery/order/suppliers mgmt.
  • Managing new product introductions (incl. System Work (SAP): Setting up products in the systems)
  • Defining (value based) pricing guidelines and implement into the ERP system
  • Informing Sales management/ Sales teams about price changes
  • Support solving Supply Chain issues
  • Local Supplier duties: (for suppliers who brings a valuable GP contribution)
  • Taking care of stocks/setting guidelines for purchasing of certain materials
  • Sample coordination

Market development

Admin

  • Ensure appropriate local system data administration (e.g., Prices, Product implementation, stock level monitoring, etc.)

Required Experience

  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Solution orientated mind set

Mastering French language is mandatory.
Good English language skills are necessary, knowledge of other foreign languages is an advantage but not necessary
