Air France KLM recrute:
We are looking for a HR Support Officer to join our HR department in Paris.


As an HR Support Officer at AirFrance-KLM, you will play a crucial role in driving convergence between the HR departments of AirFrance and KLM.

Working closely with both teams, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation of core HR tooling and gradually converging on more tooling to improve the employee journey for all employees worldwide.

This role requires a strong focus on collaboration, as you will work in a team to ensure that the unique strengths of both airlines are leveraged to drive success for the organization as a whole.

As an HR Support Officer, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience working in a multicultural environment and contributing to the success of a leading global organization.

You will be responsible for portfolio management, PMO activities, making slides and presentations, and project management activities.


Of course, you will work closely together with experienced staff and you will be guided and coached by the program manager of our HR Convergence roadmap.


Responsibilities:


  • Support the HR department in portfolio management, including tracking, monitoring, and reporting on key HR projects and initiatives.
  • Assist with PMO activities, including project governance, risk management, and project status reporting.
  • Develop and design slides and presentations for HR leadership and stakeholders.
  • Manage and coordinate project activities, including project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking.
  • Collaborate with HR teams across the organization to ensure alignment and consistency in project delivery.

Air France KLM recherche:

  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to identify and address issues proactively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, and build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
  • Fluency in English, with additional languages (such as French or Dutch) considered a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to ensure high levels of accuracy in all work.
  • Passion for people / HR and a commitment to driving success for the organization and its employees.
