HOW DOES IT WORK ?

200% saved from waste: products directly sourced from producers and manufacturers that would have otherwise gone unsold due to arbitrary distribution standards (size, shape, color, overproduction, etc.),

100% top quality: all our products adhere to our rigorous quality policy (taste, freshness, no harmful or controversial ingredients, ethical sourcing, no heated greenhouses for fruits and vegetables, etc.), including organic and locally sourced fruits and vegetables,

JOB DESCRIPTION
You will be responsible for managing Bene Bono's operations in Paris and Lille.


Your main missions will be:

  • Manage a team of various profiles (dispatchers, transport managers, warehouse director)
  • Anticipate and manage growth: adopt a proactive approch to make sure that operations are adapted to the vision of the company (volume production, products to be stored...)
  • Secure customer satisfaction: follow and challenge KPIs to reach quality targets and ensure customers satisfaction
  • Control costs: follow your zone costs, propose and drive actions to limit preparation and delivery costs to increase operations margin

REQUIRED PROFILE

We are looking for someone that is:

  • Experienced in operational management: able to ensure the operational run by managing the team at the right level of delegation, and the right expertise to solve operational issues, adapting the approach and the method to each situation.
  • A logistics expert: warehouse Logistics expertise to manage and advise the warehouse manager at the right level, and understand the stakes and levers to optimize the warehouse. Transport expertise to challenge our partners and optimize our processes.
  • An analytics lover: able to understand and manipulate data on Google sheets and have the ability to adapt to analytic tools.
  • Good at management and leading team: able to lead and drive the team in difficult/complex situations
