As a
Sales Account Manager Essential Oils, you will maintain and grow relationships with customers to pursue profitable growth opportunities in assigned customer accounts and new clients in Europe (primarily but not limited to France & Spain).


  • This position is office based in our Barcelona or Saint Ouen l'Aumône offices, or home-based in Nice.

What you'll do:


  • As a Sales Account Manager, you will have the opportunity to sell our topshelf, valueadded Essential Oils portfolio.
  • You will be an intricate part of the commercial team, responsible for developing and delivering sales targets and activities in your territory to clients in F&F (flavor & fragrance houses), personal care (oral care, skin care, rinse off), home care, aromatherapy.
  • Reporting regularly forecasts, business variations, wins and losses, key visits and activities, project pipeline, market intelligence, etc.
  • You will be given ownership over your sales territory with the ability and expectation to manage and grow your business with existing clients and onboarding new ones. As a part of a dynamic team, you will have internal resources structured to support and ensure your success

What you'll bring:


  • Proficient level of French and high level of English are a must, Spanish or any other European language will be a plus.
  • Relevant sales experience in a B2B environment, ideally fragrances, extracts, ingredients for personal/home care, or other valueadded products.
  • A strategic approach to prospecting, developing business and winning new accounts along with the drive and passion to win
  • Have the ability to work both autonomously as well as with a team and therefore needs a high level of selfdiscipline and motivation
  • Ability to travel regularly across your territory and other EU countries to visit clients, and trade shows.
