The GPA CSR day-to-day team mission
1/ Walk the talk

Objective: Become a leading player in CSR within our industry_
Define a comprehensive list of our CSR priorities and objectives as a group, for our offices, for our owned factories and for our thirdparty partners;
Promote a CSR culture and datadriven objectives across all teams within the organization, supporting each team in defining and implementing their own CSR objectives and roadmap (eg. social procurement and factory upskilling in the outsourcing team, ecodesign in R&D and creative teams, diversity and inclusion in HR teams );
Monitor and track improvements in CSR performance, and internally & externally share case studies highlighting achievements from each team to illustrate our engagement.

2/ Align our CSR approach with our clients' business and CSR considerations

Objective: a) Amplify our CSR impact thanks to our clients' strike force, b) Enhance our service level for strategic clients_
Identify the CSR priorities of our strategic clients to establish essential elements for our own CSR roadmap;
Implement the required engagements demanded by our strategic clients (eg. complying with Chanel's audits is essential to become their preferred vendor);
Develop a competitive edge by offering CSR services that provide additional value to our clients (eg. LCA, Carbon Tool, ecoconceived solutions.);
Cocreate tailored programs with our strategic clients to reinforce cooperation, foster loyalty, and become preferred vendors (eg. SOLSO and Ecoretail for L'Oréal, Toy Program for Lancôme and Bulgari, TRASCE for Chanel )

3/ Drive CSR innovation

Objective: Be one step ahead others_
Seek innovative solutions for our clients' challenges and anticipate future CSR challenges in our industry (eg. innovative materials, circularity schemes, and design patents to minimize waste or void);
Leverage these innovations to attract new clients and enter their existing vendor panels.

4/ Promote our CSR leadership

Objective: Be clearly perceived as a CSR thought leader in our industry_
Adopt a datadriven approach by reporting and communicating data at scope 1, 2, and 3 levels;
Monitor the results of all our CSR actions and publish them in our annual sustainability report;
Seek external recognition of our CSR commitments through reputable labels such as Ecovadis Platinum;
Train internal teams to effectively communicate our CSR vision to customers & suppliers and to strengthen our employer brand to foster engagement;
Offer strategic clients opportunities for discovery, upskilling, and training sessions & webinars on key CSR challenges in our industry.
