As part of Cloud Native Application program, the new Cloud Native Experience team has been created to advocate and promote the adoption of the development stack to allow scaling up of the Amadeus engineering community.
One of its key objectives is to ensure the consistency and the interoperability of the features delivered in the Cloud Native application space.
Your Main Responsibilities
We are aiming at delivering a full-fledged reference application following Cloud Native architectural guidelines exposed by the Amadeus Architecture community, demonstrating new programming paradigms, technologies and principles.
We are seeking for a skilled backend developer or a full stack developer. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and maintaining Java applications, as well as a strong understanding of software development principles and best practices.
A Software Development Engineer is accountable for the technical design and delivery of the product functionalities based on the solutions agreed with the stakeholders (Customers, Product Management, Product Definition Analysts) and in line with the team vision.
You will be at the heart of Amadeus, where you will have great opportunities to acquire a broad view and knowledge of Amadeus system.
You will be responsible for the development of new software solutions along with the maintenance of the existing code.
You will work closely with our business counterparts.
You will then have closed interactions with many development teams located all over the world.
You will be integrated in a stimulating and collaborative environment, in a scrum team, where you can learn and grow very quickly.
