The Legal & Rights Sales Ops Project Manager will be reporting to the Legal & Rights Ops Director within the Believe's Operations department.

She/he will address 4 main types of projects in a transversal way within the Tribe:


Deploy Products Go-to-Market strategies:

  • Gather insights from Sales team to make recommendations and support Legal & Rights Ops Product Managers in their GotoMarket strategies
  • Actively take part in rollingout Product GotoMarket strategy: prepare training materials, communication, change management plans
  • Conduct and monitor Product hypercare phase
  • Report on Product deployment Success KPIs (Actual vs Business Case numbers, on time delivery of project, in market execution etc.)

Deploy Process / Service Change Management strategies:

  • Gather insights from all stakeholders (Platforms, Finance, Sales ) to make recommendations and support Operations Managers in their Change management strategies
  • Actively take part in rollingout new Processes: prepare training materials, communication, change management plans
  • Conduct and monitor stabilization phase
  • Report on new Process / Service deployment Success KPIs (Actual vs Business Case numbers, on time delivery of project, in market execution etc.)
  • Work on Continuous improvement
  • Develop relationships and work with Sales, Operations teams and other stakeholders to identify process & products optimization opportunities
  • Prepare & present improvement business case to the Leadership
  • Lead Project management
  • Supervise the production of the Performance dashboard and consolidate status on all initiatives in progress
  • Take part in fostering knowledge management & innovation
  • Maintain an innovation pipeline on process, products and technologies
  • Work hand in hand with the Knowledge Management & Innovation leaders to prepare innovation business case
Depending on the project phase, She/he will be responsible to prepare the following materials (non-exhaustive list):

  • Business case and arbitration supports for C-level members to fuel roadmap prioritization discussions
  • Product GotoMarket strategies
  • Impact assessment
  • Functional analysis (e.g., gap analysis)
  • PMO documentation
  • Change management materials (strategy plan, communication or training supports)
  • Communication to sales team for each business lines (premium & automated solutions)

Qualifications:


  • Master's degree in Business or Engineering
  • Work experience +35 years
  • Previous experience in a management consulting firm or any project department within a Tech or Media company would be appreciated
  • Previous experience in Change management (act a facilitator on a daytoday basis)
  • Previous experience of studying abroad or working in an international environment
  • Strong skills on PowerPoint & Excel
  • Fluency in English mandatory
  • Curiosity for the Tech & Media industries
