Description

As our Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll be a key member of the global Human Resources Team, delivering value to almost 5000 Recordati Group employees around the world.

You'll be based at our Paris offices and your primary focus will be our Rare Diseases Division; but you'll support other countries and business units when your expertise is required.

You'll work closely with stakeholders and contribute to the evolution of our recruitment practices, policies and procedures.


Key responsibilities

  • Directly sourcing talent for assigned roles, including full attraction contingency planning, job fairs, headhunting, targeted searching, networking events, direct advertising, CV searching, employee referrals, and coordinating agency partners.
  • Identifying the most appropriate sourcing methods driven by the role profile and the specialism
  • Effectively pipeline and talent pool for assigned roles to proactively support future demands, partnering with the business and building relationships for pipelining
  • Proactively partner and support key stakeholders through the full recruitment cycle, including conducting a role qualification to fully understand role requirements (where required), providing bespoke and accurate recruitment expertise, and agreeing recruitment timescales and processes.
  • Conduct screening interviews, attend and support interviews and assessment centres where appropriate and assist hiring managers with interview preparation.
  • Complete all administrative duties in a timely and accurate manner, to support the maintenance of the internal infrastructure, and constantly be identifying and evaluating opportunities to improve all elements of the talent strategy.

Knowledge & Experience required:


  • Experience of recruitment, attraction and selection within an agency or internal recruitment environment.
  • Fluency, both written and spoken in French and English are essential. Fluency in other European languages would be useful
  • Experience of recruiting for a wide variety of roles including commercial functions, regulatory affairs and pharmacovigilance
  • Previous experience of working in the pharmaceutical industry is essential, rare diseases experience would be preferred
  • Experience of using headhunting techniques, designing bespoke recruitment campaigns, and creating an effective talent pipeline.
  • Good working knowledge of recruitment marketing practices inclusive of social media platforms.
  • Experience of providing recruitment advice in line with HR policy and employment law
  • Customer centric, partnering approach
  • Microsoft Office skills, particularly with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience of working with SuccessFactors would be useful
