- Establishing the noise regulatory limits for the project drawn from the relevant standards applicable to the country / project context
- Modeling of noise limits in the work place, both interior and exterior and also in the wider environment (exterior to the boundary fence)
- Evaluation and proposal of noise reduction methods to ensure compliance of the project to the regulatory requirements in force
- Acoustic insulation study
- The analysis or drafting of scope of works and subsequent follow-up for any acoustic or vibratory studies that may be subcontracted
- Clarification, evaluations and technical comparisons of vendor equipment / acoustic enclosures / other noise or vibration reduction methods
- Support for noise and vibration measurements on site

Missions and responsibilities :
Working within the Environmental and Health Engineering Department, you will be responsible for the acoustic ad vibratory studies/activities on our industrial European and international projects (Oil & gas, petrochemical, energetic transition, mining, pharmaceutical industry...)
The post requires strong interfaces and communication skills with other project disciplines such as mechanical, structural, architectural, piping, instrumentation etc. You would also be involved in vendor discussions and inspection / performance testing.
Specifically, in the context of the project, you would be responsible for:
Profile:
Engineering Degree or equivalent in acoustic engineering, you have minimum 5 years' experience in the acoustic field with a good knowledge in modeling software (CadnaA, CadnaR ou Soundplan) and in acoustic/vibration measurement standards. Personal skills include good communication skills, adaptability, rigorous and capability to work within a project team.
