Job Description:
As a HR operations specialist and reporting to the Head of HR ops, you will ensure the best employee experience.
What you will do:
- Employees Deezjourney: followup of the employees life cycle in collaboration with the best HR Operations team, manage the Onboarding process, employee topics
- Manage international Payroll: UK, Germany, Brazil, USwith our payroll provider
- Establish and advice on HR rules & policies applicable in different countries (holidays, health plans etc )
- Look for new ideas on how to ensure the best employee experience and implement them
- Ad hoc HR Projects
Qualifications:
This role is excellent for a person with:
- 4+ years of previous experience in HR support
- Excellent organisation skills
- Rigour and attention to detail is essential
- At ease with Excel
- Positive & team player mindset
- Agile and adaptable
- Excellent written and oral communication skills both in English and French
