    Reporting into Sephora Collections Supply Manager , you will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions :

  • Reporting to the Sephora Own Brand Supply Manager, you will excel and thrive in this position if you are ready to
  • Operationally manage an MRP (material requirement planning) taking into account the following requirements:Supplier capacityCreation of packaging and finished product packaging planWork on forecats transmitted to suppliersSupplier management with different Incoterms
  • Send and track the order portfolio with subcontractors
  • Monitor production and control stock levels
  • Ensure weekly management of the article catalog:Monitoring of supplier delaysAnalysis of impacts and implementation of action plansSecuring the information communicated by the subcontractor (timing and quantities) for good transmission of information to the Supply planning teamManagement of supplier issues during warehouse receptions
  • Develop the knowledge of subcontractors and the mastery of their production tools
  • Manage the launch phase of new products while:Collaborating with the purchasing and development teams for the choice of supplier, quantitative scales and lead times to ensure the sustainability of the product at the time of restockingSetting up production rates and planning according to supplier capacitiesDeploying and making database parameters reliable (nomenclatures, supply parameters)
  • Manage the end of product lifePlace the last supplier orders to secure the last sales but limit obsolescence.
