    Bien plus qu'un(e) Conseiller(ère) de vente, vous êtes un(e) véritable Ambassadeur/Ambassadrice de la Maison et aimez mettre votre talent au service d'une équipe avec pour missions :

    • Accueillir et conseiller une clientèle locale et internationale en lui apportant un service personnalisé
    • Réaliser et développer le chiffre d'affaires en respectant les techniques de vente
    • Faire vivre une véritable expérience à notre clientèle à travers un « story telling » personnalisé et faire voyager le client dans l'univers de la Maison
    • Transmettre les valeurs de la Maison en valorisant nos produits
    • Œuvrer activement au développement de nouveaux clients et chercher à renforcer la fidélisation de la clientèle existante
    • Contribuer à entretenir un environnement de travail harmonieux et respectueux des produits
    • Appliquer l'ensemble des process (stock, réassort, étiquetage, implantation de la nouvelle collection, inventaire, transferts, retours, qualification du fichier client)
    • Assurer la bonne tenue de la boutique (entretien, propreté, manutention) en maintenant une qualité standard irréprochable
    • Participer à la vie quotidienne de la boutique et notamment à la réception des cartons de marchandises, au rangement des stocks.

    Contrat temps partiel 14h (les weekend)

    Profil recherché

    • Sens développé du service client
    • Sensibilité produits et bonne connaissance des tendances de la mode et du marché
    • Connaissance des techniques de vente
    • Capacité d'adaptation, curiosité naturelle, attitude authentique et créative
    • Très bonne présentation et élocution
    • Approche personnalisée et professionnelle envers la clientèle
    • Très bon relationnel et esprit d'équipe
    • Motivé(e) par la vente, goût du challenge
    • Anglais courant/Autre langue appréciée
