    Quelle est la mission ?


    Au sein de l'équipe Marketing Opérationnel Travel Retail, il y a deux postes à pourvoir :

    • un avec la Chef de Produit des marques Skincare et Make up
    • un avec la Chef de Produit des marques Fragrances (Narciso Rodriguez, Issey Miyake, Zadig & Voltaire, Tory Burch)

    Quelles sont les activités principales ?


    1. Maximiser les lancements des marques au sein du Travel Retail EMEA (40% de la charge de travail)

    • Développement d'outils et de documents internes (assortiments produits, fiches produits, analyse positionnement prix)
    • Développement d'outils d'aide à la vente (leaflet de gammes, outils de consultation)
    • Participation à l'élaboration des présentations marketing adaptées aux différents interlocuteurs (équipes internes, Retailers, Tax Free Forum)

    2. Gérer la présence des marques sur les canaux digitaux tout en assurant l'image de marque (30% de la charge de travail)

    • Participation à l'élaboration de la stratégie digitale semestrielle
    • Création du calendrier social media et mise à disposition du contenu pour chaque campagne (posts, story, textes)
    • Gestion des updates e-retail (mise à jour des pages produits, visuelspackshots produits, descriptions produits, bannières, vidéos…)

    3. Missions transverses (30% de la charge de travail) :

    • Accompagnement du Manager dans la mise à jour des tableaux de suivi internes (commandes internes, suivi GWP, inventaires, budget…)
    • Soutien aux reportings mensuels qualitatifs et quantitatifs (Sell In / Sell Out) à destination des équipes internes et des Brand Holders.
    • Suivi régulier de la concurrence et des best practices : mise en place d'un bulletin alimenté en continu (nouveautés produits, merchandising, animations,,tendances, digital, nouvelles marques en TR,…).

    Que recherchons-nous ?

    • Actuellement en formation supérieure bac +4/5 (type école de commerce ou Université)
    • Vous parlez l'anglais couramment et avez une excellente maîtrise du Pack Office (Excel et PowerPoint)
    • Rigoureux(se), proactif(ve) et autonome, vous avez également la capacité à gérer plusieurs projets de front
    • Doté(e) d'une réelle aisance relationnelle, vous êtes organisé(e) et faites preuve d'un sens poussé de l'analyse.
