We are seeking an experienced Benefits Lead to oversee our employee benefits programs in the United States and Canada. This role is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of benefits, blending operational excellence with strategic insight to deliver a best-in-class employee experience.
The Benefits Lead will serve as the primary subject matter expert and point of contact for all employee benefits matters, manage vendor partnerships, oversee benefits systems and analytics, and provide thoughtful recommendations to leadership.
