Your future role


Our passionate global employer branding team is launching a renewed global strategy & vision, refreshing our employee value proposition, rolling-out a variety of best-in-class digital marketing tools to deploy our strategic objectives, all in a very complex and dynamic context.


Our global mission is to transform Alstom's employer brand into a well-recognized global brand with its unique employee value proposition, building a broad community of brand ambassadors across the world and a strong reputation of a great place to work.


Directly reporting to the head of employer branding, you will be part of the global employer branding team (human resources) to support the roll-out of the various projects worldwide.

This is a unique opportunity for you to learn and grow your skills in a diverse multi-cultural environment, in collaboration with colleagues from across more than 60 countries.

You will be based in the company headquarters and will learn how to navigate in a complex company organization, developing a global perspective of the various business activities we have, across functions & geographies.

You will be in charge of the following missions:

  • Supporting the head of employer branding in deploying various projects and global strategy worldwide
  • Helping bring in new and disruptive ways of attracting talent, employer branding and recruitment digital marketing campaigns
  • Supporting in the conception of global employer branding campaigns and initiatives your creativity is an asset
  • Helping animate the global community of brand ambassadors
  • Supporting the activities of regional employer branding leads (from Canada to Singapore)
  • Many more exciting adhoc projects (Top Employers certification, ambassadors' platform, others)
  • Bring joy and fun to your daily tasks and interactions

Instead, we've listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:


  • Educational level: Master II, Master I, Master Spécialisé
  • Technical skills: Knowledge of English language is mandatory; Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, Power Point), Photoshop or other design programs (example: Canva) is an advantage
  • Behavioral skills: Creativity and courage; open and positive attitude, willing to learn and adapt to change & complexity of a global organisation, agile and inclusive mindset; flexible and collaborative approach; appetite for digital tools and tech curiosity

Contract:
Apprenticeship of 12 months starting September 2023
