People Experience Manager - Lyon, France - Finders SA

Client:

A mid-sized American multinational, manufacturing safety equipment. Part of the EMEA region with about 200 employees on site.


Position:

Reporting to the regional HR Manager based in Germany, you will be the on-site local Human Resources Manager for the manufacturing plant.

You will act as HRBP to the Plant Manager and his management team and you will provide operational HR support in all areas of the employee life-cycle (recruitment, onboarding, coordination of the feedback process, employee retention, people engagement, off-boarding).

Although a local HR role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance to group best practices and full integration with the region and worldwide HQ.

Pure HR operations (payroll and administration) is managed by a shared service centre in Poland


Profile:

• 810 years experience in a Human Resources with at least 3 years at Managerial level

Experience in an HR function on a manufacturing site and within an international or global company

Sound knowledge of French employment law

Demonstrable commitment to continuous improvement with a high degree of initiative

Resilient and comfortable taking ownership
