    Description

    Notre client, un acteur majeur du secteur ferroviaire mondial, mène actuellement un projet stratégique visant à créer un environnement d'agents intelligents interconnectés. Il souhaite mettre en place un MCP (Multi-Agent Communication Platform), un écosystème évolutif permettant à des agents d'IA de collaborer entre eux, de dialoguer avec des systèmes de RPA ou de robotique, et de prendre des décisions de manière autonome.

    Ce projet est au cœur de la stratégie d'innovation du groupe, avec pour ambition de renforcer la synergie entre automatisation et intelligence artificielle au sein de ses processus industriels et opérationnels.

    Détail & objectif de la mission


    • Concevoir l'architecture d'une plateforme MCP adaptée aux besoins métiers du client.


    • Implémenter un premier environnement fonctionnel de communication entre agents IA.


    • Évaluer les cas d'usage concrets de collaboration entre agents, robots, outils RPA et systèmes tiers.


    • Sélectionner et benchmarker les meilleures technologies disponibles sur le marché pour la gestion d'agents intelligents (frameworks, middlewares, protocoles de communication, outils open-source ou propriétaires).


    • Paramétrer les agents en fonction des cas d'usage identifiés (réactivité, hiérarchie, autonomie, supervision).


    • Coordonner les échanges entre les équipes innovation, IT et métiers pour garantir l'intégration fluide des solutions.

    Profil recherché


    • Expérience significative (5+ ans) dans le développement de systèmes multi-agents ou dans l'implémentation d'environnements d'agents IA.


    • Très bonne compréhension des architectures orientées agents, systèmes distribués, et protocoles de communication inter-agent.


    • Capacité à structurer un benchmark technique : évaluer les frameworks (ex : AutoGen, LangGraph, CrewAI, Haystack Agents…), tester des solutions, produire des recommandations outillées.


    • Expérience préalable avec des outils de RPA (ex : UiPath, Automation Anywhere) ou des solutions robotiques est un plus.


    • Vision systémique, forte capacité d'analyse et goût pour les sujets exploratoires mêlant IA, automatisation et orchestration.


    • Bonne communication et capacité à interagir avec des interlocuteurs variés (innovation, tech, métiers).


    • Une première expérience dans un contexte industriel ou ferroviaire serait un plus.
