    Description du Poste

    • Appui sur la production des réponses aux appels d'offres, différentes consultations en France et à l'international selon l'activité du service, prix et appels à projets.
    • Mise à jour de différents documents, supports de communication liés à l'activité et aux projets de l'agence
    • Création de nouveaux supports
    • Montage administratif des dossiers de candidatures à partir des appels d'offres retenus par la direction de l'agence.
    • Prise de contact avec les partenaires de l'agence (BET, entreprises, paysagistes, acousticiens, cotraitants)
    • Sélection des partenaires et montage des équipes,
    • Mise en page des offres sur Indesign,
    • Communication réseaux sociaux de l'agence.
    • Participation aux réunions projet, en interne à l'équipe et avec les clients et leurs partenaires
    • Participer activement à la poursuite du développement de l'agence dans le cadre d'études de marchés et de recherche de nouveaux partenaires.
    • Junior, nous vous accompagnons dans votre montée en compétences

    Description du profil recherché

    • Bon contact relationnel
    • Orthographe en français irréprochable
    • La connaissance du marché public et des appels d'offres est un vrai plus
    • Capacité rédactionnelle en français indispensable, La maîtrise du suédois ou anglais serait un plus
    • Connaissance des Suites Office et Adobe,Vous disposez d'une bonne aisance rédactionnelle, de qualités graphiques et d'une connaissance des logiciels d'autres dessins (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design).
    • Des connaissances immobilières, ainsi qu'une capacité à gérer des projets est un vrai plus.
