This is a full-time role based in our Paris office, in hybrid mode (remote and face-to-face).


What you will be doing:

You will be the lead Devops at SightCall with a team currently composed of 4 Devops.

You will be the link between our different teams, mainly but not only technical and the Devops team.

You will manage the distribution of priorities, tasks and sprints, you will work on POCs with your team and ensure the reduction of technical debt.


You will participate in the definition of the architecture, the deployment and the to the Operations Manager and integrated into the OPS team, you will be in charge of the proper functioning of the platform (~+700 servers, ~50 POPs around the world) as well as the internal tools, operation of the infrastructure.

Our main projects focus on improving security, reliability and industrialization. On-call duty is to be expected.


What you bring to the table:
You ideally have 5-10 years experience in a similar position. You have a good team spirit, are autonomous and rigorous.

You have a good knowledge of the different Cloud PaaS services, in particular AWS and infrastructure as code.

You are able to communicate in English.
