JOB SUMMARY

Purpose:


  • SCB AG was founded in line with BREXIT and is headquartered in Frankfurt/Germany.
  • There are 2 SCB AG branches in Paris/France as well as Stockholm/Sweden.
  • This incumbent will be part of the overall SCB AG HR team and based in our branch in Paris.
  • In a very international environment (fluency in English is a must), the job holder will be involved in the various aspects of the HR function with a specific responsibility on HR Operational activities for France and Sweden.

Payroll & Benefits administration:


  • Payroll management : France & Sweden payroll preparation for the external payroll providers
Input data, ensure 1st level control, process to payment validation, collaborate with Finance. Ensure our administrative and payroll obligations are fulfilled. Manage/challenge the provider where needed.

  • Internal client management : respond to employees queries when they come up.
Build and keep regularly updated employee HR handbook summarizing the employment status at SCB AG France. Take care of the administrative onboarding of new employees, introduce them to SCB AG and its HR set up. Manage the full employee life cycle incl. exits.

  • Interface for Group Service Delivery teams
  • Service provider management : monitor third party vendors, coordinate invoices with Finance
  • Risk/control management : be risk mindful and alert on any situation which can generate a risk. Support any internal or external audit / French administration requests covering any HR topic
  • Process management : review of current and future processes and maintain procedures updated when required. Maintain updated knowledge of French social regulations.

Recruitment & development:


  • In collaboration with the Resourcing team and people leaders on the ground, manage the recruitment for interns and back office roles, in partnership with local Head of HR
  • Manage employees individual training requests in liaison with the People Leaders
  • Act as an HR advisor to employees on the ground, and a point of contact for employees for any HR related matter, in partnership with local Head of HR

Internal communication and HR project support:

  • Support or lead HR projects in France and/or HR projects in Europe
  • Contribute to animating the HR function at SCB AG France and Sweden, and at SCB AG level: organize information sessions, events
  • Involvement in the Diversity & Inclusion initiatives
  • Support the local Head of HR where needed in the relations with the Works Council (CSE)


This role is suited for someone who wants to grow in a generalist HR function, and who has the ability to work in a complex but truly international global organization.
