The missions of the Digital Marketing Operations team (DMO) is to boost Saint-Gobain's local businesses efficiently in the
implementation and
optimization of
mutualized digital marketing solutions: websites, eshops, digital tools.


Missions:


1. PIM 2.0 project

Boost the Saint-Gobain local businesses in deploying their new PIM (Product Information Management tool).


The
PIM 2.0 is the next generation of Product Information System for the Saint-Gobain businesses (Gypsum, Insulation, Mortars) in 40 countries.


Currently, the solution is in development (needs collection design and build of the core model) with 2 pilot countries/clusters: the objective is to be live in August 2023.

Roll-out of other countries will follow.


As the Junior PIM Project Leader, you will assist the PIM Project Leader in the deployment of the PIM 2.0 project and help with the continuous improvement of the tool. Internal customer satisfaction on project, trainings and support will be the main factors of your success.**Your key activities will consist of:
  • PIM Data model:
  • Identifying and defining with the pilot countries the solid ground attributes necessary to the core Data model
  • Guaranteeing synergies between countries on the use and management of data
  • PIM project mode:
  • Supporting local businesses with the rollout of the PIM 2.

0:

  • Needs collection from countries to rollout
  • Design and adapt the solution to the local specificities, in connection with an external company
  • Testing the solution after the build, to ensure the quality and compliance with the requirements
  • Being the safeguard of the project roadmap & planning on the business side
  • PIM run mode:
  • Collecting development needs / data model enrichment related to core model from the countries
  • Coordinating exchanges between Country PIM Leadersthrough a Committee to validate eligibility and prioritization
  • Arbitrating together with PIM IT owner, developments enriching the core model vs. country specific developments

2. Digital marketing projects
Occasionally, you will be entrusted with the management of digital projects led by the DMO team (websites, E-shops )


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Student in Masters' degree, specialized in Digital Marketing or Data Management
  • Operational project management experience, ideally in PIM or data management projects, or in digital project management / deployment / implementation
  • Excellent communication skills in
    English(written and verbal).
  • Handson person, Customer centricity spirit and business orientation, Analytical skills, Well organized/structured, autonomous, Real team player with high communication standard, Able to bring new ideas
