You will capture, enter and validate customer orders in a timely and accurate manner, using all methods and all order types.


How you will contribute

You will:

  • Serve as a dedicated contact (business partner) for a defined set of customers for order management
  • Take orders, process and edit them, ensure delivery on a timely and accurate manner, and create billing information (including credit and debit notes)
  • Have regular direct contact with customers (supply chain or buying department) regarding logistics
  • Optimize order drop sizes and frequency in alignment with the customer to reduce outbound transportation costs
  • Ensure that order acknowledgment and/or export documents are complete, accurate and in line with export /import laws in the relevant country
  • Organize transport via thirdparty logistic operators and ensure on time delivery

  • Good numerical, analytical and logical reasoning skills
  • Highlevel of SAP competence
  • Within an FMCG/CPG company
  • A customerfacing role in customer service, logistics or sales
  • An ordertocash environment
  • Good knowledge of the total supply chain/ordertocash process
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Au sein du département
Logistique (CS&L), le poste est rattaché à un manager d'enseigne Supply.

La mission principale est de
gérer le flux d'approvisionnement de nos clients (Grande et Moyenne Distribution GMS) pour un ensemble d'entrepôts, depuis la prise de commande jusqu'à la bonne facturation.


Le rôle comporte les missions suivantes

:


Gestion quotidienne du flux de commande:


  • Réceptionner, contrôler, optimiser et gérer les commandes clients via notre système SAP
  • Pour les clients en flux GPA (Gestion Partagé des Approvisionnements), analyser les niveaux de stocks et
    élaborer les propositions de commandes via notre système OCS

Gérer et intégrer les innovations produits, les événements promotionnels dans le flux de commandes

  • Gérer auprès de ses clients
    les indisponibilités produits et les litiges logistiques

Gestion de la relation client:

  • Construire au quotidien une
    relation approfondie , permettant la
    satisfaction des besoins clients

Assurer la communication des informations business de manière proactive (innovations, promotions, événements marchés,)

Gestion des activités promotions et assortiments

Obtenir des engagements et/ou commande fermes de la part des clients

  • Assurer le
    lancement des innovations au niveau des entrepôts clients en accord avec le plan commercial

Profil et Compétences nécessaires

:


  • Niveau bac +2 à bac +
  • Rigueur
  • Aisance relationnelle, excellente aptitude à communiquer aussi bien à l'écrit qu'à l'oral
  • Autonomie
  • Maîtrise de la langue française
