As Recruiter at Picnic, your ultimate goal is to hire the best talent to drive our ambition to scale our business to the next level.

You'll be responsible for the full recruitment cycle for a wide variety of roles; from Strategy & Analytics to Commercial.

What You'll Do

Identify and build relationships with passive talent for future roles
Build strong relationships with teams to set up a top notch recruitment process
Develop innovative strategies and initiative to attract the right talent

About you

You have a Master's Degree
You have 35 years of experience in talent acquisition/recruitment in a fastpaced scaleup environment
You are fluent in French and English
You have extensive knowledge of the French recruitment landscape
You have a keen eye for talent and great stakeholder management skills
You are solution oriented, result driven, proactive and flexible
