The mission:

The Buyer Secondary Packaging purpose is to:

Source & negotiate packaging materials in our business units while managing timing, quality, sustainability and costs in line with functional, business, region & Suntory objectives.
Monitor & optimize procurement strategy of his/her packaging subcategories with Category Manager, build and manage suppliers' panel.

The functions:

Accountability 1 :
Budget & cost optimisation / Performance reporting

Build, structure & organise multiple tenders
Manage negotiations on all the terms & conditions including prices review with manager support
Deliver financial targets for the portfolio
Ensure appropriate reporting to the Procurement management

Accountability 2 :
Market insights & strategies improvement

Follow up market evolutions regularly to identify new risks & opportunities
Identify to stake holders relevant market information & innovations with line manager support
Prepare / improve master strategy for other all subcategories in accordance with the master procurement & business strategy
Keep alert, anticipate and identify relevant regulatory or reputational risks

Accountability 3 :
Compliance, Supplier Performance & risk management

Hold regular BRM with suppliers. Besides negotiation areas, monitor quality & KPI's adherence
Prepare & contribute to risk analysis & propose BCPs
Look for alternative sourcing (locations, suppliers, specifications) when relevant
For selected strategical suppliers and with manager support, sign regional legal framework agreements & register them in the system
Act as facilitator of the relationship between suppliers and other internal functions

Continuous Improvement, Innovation & Sustainability

Come up & follow a pipeline of Cost Out
Value In ideas
Raise opportunities & risks for each innovation project
Together with category manager, support business CSR & sustainability engagements

You are/have:

University degree level, technical or economical A Procurement or CSR specialization is a +
A 1st Purchasing/supply chain experience
Knowledge and experience of the relevant industry sector is a +
Excel, PPT & Procurement IT tools
Fluent in English, French & Spanish is a +
