Job summary
IP Manager will mainly be in charge for protecting all creations made by Innovation Cell, Business Development and NPD teams. He will also responsible for managing all the IP Portfolio of C&F product line in collaboration with a French IP firm. Finally, he will be in charge for the organization of IP Committees and for checking the freedoms to operate studies

Scope
Based on Gennevilliers
Main activities
Management and control of patent application drafting and responses to official
notifications made by external IP firms
internally Coordination of files abroad with industrial property firms
teams Patent watch support
In direct contact with the technical, marketing and sales teams at the various sites of
Ensure a regular IP permanence in the main sites to detect innovations with the experts
Share reporting to the IP Group Manager
Analysis of competitive products
Be accountable for IP protection of inventions
Ensure safe launch of products on market regarding IP of competition
General engineering degree (or equivalent university degree) with specific technical skills in Mechanic or Engineering
Experience
At least 5 years in a company within the Intellectual Property department or an Intellectual Property firm.
