    Candidate Profile

    • You are preparing a Bac+2 or Bac+3 degree
    • You are enrolled in a BUT or BTS
    • You have a specialization in logistics
    • You are familiar with Excel and SAP
    • You are able to react quickly and think ahead
    • You're rigorous, organized and a good team player
    • You are able to manage stress
    • You have a good level of English
    Activities


    Logistics:

    • Organize charters to order in liaison with internal or thirdparty loading sites,
    • Take charge of a smallscale distribution delivery sector (selection of loading sites, type of vehicle, optimizing filling according to various constraints)
    • Reserve additional vehicles according to order levels.

    Management :

    • Investigate and manage complaints from our internal customers and service providers, and follow up corrective actions.
    • Monitor carrier performance via monthly reports,
    • Establish and distribute indicators to carriers with reference to contractual objectives (delivery times, feedback rates, etc.).

    Control :

    • Check carriers' preinvoicing: verify routes (kilometers, working hours).
    • Charge carrier invoices
    • KPI management
