What will your essential responsibilities include?

Support of the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) APAC & Europe in order to:

  • Coordinate the successful execution of strategic initiatives within Human Resources:
  • Report progress and risks
  • Provide a sounding board for the stakeholders of key strategic projects: provide open, honest feedback and recommendations to ease and speed execution
  • Act as facilitator and key point of contact to manage internal stakeholders, building trusted relationships and ensuring efficient cooperation with the various parts of the organisation
  • Act as a trusted partner for the CHRO APAC & Europe, serving as an advisor and proactively identifying and socialising new ideas and initiatives
  • Proactively identify and solve the most complex problems that impact the management of the Human Resources (HR) function.
  • In partnership with the CHRO APAC & Europe and Regional HR team, define the APAC & Europe HR operational plan, strategy and priorities. Ensure effective communication to all stakeholders and track, measure, and report on progress.
  • Engage, influence, and align stakeholders in support of the Function and its objectives. Serve as the key central interaction point for HR leads, HR regional team and CoE & Global representatives in AXA XL and Group functions, where appropriate.
  • Support CHRO APAC & Europe in ensuring the execution on key projects and initiatives, including ad hoc projects.
  • Coordinate meetings and events for the Function (e.g., HR meetings, Town Halls, strategy events, team building), ensuring outputs/deliverables are clearly communicated and able to be implemented.
  • Manage the strategy and delivery of communications across the HR function, ensuring efficient and timely flow of information, effective methods, and management of central sites/platforms.
  • Coordinate and deliver key inputs into wider organisational processes, e.g., annual Operational Planning, budget management, divisional and group reporting requirements.
  • Ensure the CHRO APAC & Europe is regularly apprised of all HR BAU activities and proactively identifies and addresses issues that arise.
You will report to the Chief Human Resources Officer APAC & Europe and missions can change depending on the evolution HR strategy

  • International: at ease to navigate international environment.
  • Industry Experience: industry experience (P&C insurance) and Project Management experience.
