Job Description:

The Team Leader is responsible for the management of his/her team and the laboratory in order to carry out operations within the deadlines and in compliance with Quality and Safety regulations.

He/she participates in the development of the department's strategy and deploys it in the teams with clear objectives and Key Performance Indicators.

Essential tasks:

Timely delivery of results (coordination of activities including people training & equipment management)
Ensure the compliance with quality and safety rules and requirements.
Participate in the recruitment process and actively engage in retention activities
Development and enhancing the staff skills, development of expertise, etc.
Capacity Planning, resource utilization & controlling of the team budget
Qualification of equipment & operational improvements
Representing the team during client visits, audits & inspections

Requirements:

Your profile:

High level of autonomy, familiar with all the tasks, issues and laboratory function.
Active listener, taking into account the point of view of others. Your communication is open and transparent, sharing information in a timely manner.
You respect and enforce good practices related to the activities (GMP, HSE, Labour Law...)
Scientific and qualityoriented personality with the right attitude to focus on the economic success of the operational team

Education and experience:
