In the light of Shine's scaling, we are excited to announce a brand new role to our COMEX team: Chief of Staff.
As a Chief of Staff, you'll play a vital role in orchestrating our strategic analysis, program management, and COMEX and board management.
Your mission at Shine includes:

Strategic Analysis
- Conduct indepth market and competition analysis to identify growth opportunities and market trends.
- Explore internationalization strategies, including market research, regulatory considerations, and potential partnerships.
- Collaborate with product management and marketing teams to analyze customer needs and preferences, aligning insights with strategic initiatives.
- Work closely with operations and compliance teams to ensure that new products and services meet regulatory requirements.
Program Management
- Take ownership of major companywide projects, ensuring successful execution and timely delivery.
- Establish project goals, milestones, and performance metrics, tracking progress and addressing potential bottlenecks.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the executive committee, highlighting project status, key achievements, and potential risks.
- Drive crossteam collaboration, fostering effective communication and coordination to optimize project outcomes.
Executive Committee and Board Management
- Organize the executive committee and board meetings, including setting agendas, determining timing, and facilitating decisionmaking processes.
- Prepare comprehensive board packs, executive committee materials, and allhands presentations to ensure clear and concise communication of key information.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to gather relevant data and insights, contributing to strategic discussions and informed decisionmaking.
- Support the CEO in aligning and coordinating the efforts of the executive team, ensuring effective execution of the company's strategic vision.

- You have experience with strategic roles within dynamic organizations, preferably in the financial services industry,
- You excel in communication and interpersonal skills.
- You demonstrate exceptional organizational abilities and project management skills.

Fair and Transparent Salary: For this position, depending on your level, seniority, number of dependents, and location, the annual salary ranges between 81K€ and 105K€.
