You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:_**- A new global team has been created last year under Group CIO to manage the Governance of Enterprise Services which covers solutions for Supply, Finance, Offer, HR, Master Data and Retail Operations.

_

  • This team oversees complex, global, transversal program, coordinating both Business and Tech teams to support Sephora's IT & Digital transformation in an omnichannel and international context._
  • As part of its IT & Digital Worldwide transformation and in order to benefit from a higher crossregional synergy (process, speed and cost) by sharing the same ERP, Sephora has decided to migrate its SAP ECC 6 Core Model to the new S/4 Hana version:_
- _ Worldwide scope with the 4 regions (Europe, Asia, North America and Latin America) and the own brand Sephora Collection_
- _ + 40 countries on scope_
- _ Ambitious 5-year roadmap_
- _ Creation of a "testing factory"_
- _ Implementation of data migration processes and tools_
- _ Review of documentation around business processes_

  • The main first mission of the Program manager is to deliver the Roadmap of SOne (program to move to S4HANA everywhere) including integration with thirdparty systems, in all regions including new countries:_
- _ Ensure overall IT governance of SAP deployment projects_
- _ Manage the SAP S/4 Hana scoping study: definition of the detailed roadmap, the functional and technical scope of the Core Model, the migration and testing strategy, selection of IT partners._
- _ Manage the Roll Out of the new Core Model S/4 Hana in the world according to the established roadmap as well as the opening of new countries in an omnichannel and international environment: definition of projects, governance, deliverables, follow-up of action plans, etc. _
- _ Manage the different project phases (Project preparation, design, implementation, solution testing (IT and user), data recovery, Go Live and Go Live support)_
- _ Coordinate the various IT teams (internal and external) in an international context_
- _ Assist SEPHORA's "Business" Departments in the project management of information system projects_
- _ Manage our IT partners involved in the implementation of projects_

  • Manage the implementation and execution of SAP roll out and enhancement (projects charter, governance, deliverables, action plans,...) in an omnichannel and international environment
  • Manage the different project phases (Project preparation, design, implementation, testing (IT and user), data recovery, Go Live and Go Live support)
  • Assist SEPHORA's "Business" Departments in the project management of information system projects
  • Manage our IT partners involved in the implementation of projects
  • Coordinate the various teams involved in the programs/projects managed

Or if you have an experience:

  • Within a consulting company or a company
  • 810 years minimum in IT program management (projects, maintenance, support)
  • 45 years in a project management function with the supervision of a team and crossfunctional coordination
  • In an international context on SAP with integration with SAP Finance (FI-CO) and Logistics (MM-SD) modules and thirdparty systems
  • With SAP S/4 Hana project experience
  • With functional knowledge of the Supply Chain, Finance and Merchandising domains
  • With management of IT service providers/partners
  • Internationally
