Au sein du département « Développement Packaging » situé dans l'usine de Dammarie les Lys (77), ils recherchent un/une INGÉNIEUR DEVELOPPEMENT PACKAGING (h/f) en CDI
Tu assures le développement packaging lié aux lancements des nouveaux produits (produits de soin, crème etc...) ainsi que l'évolution des produits existants du ou des axes dont tu as la responsabilité :
Placé(e) sous la responsabilité de la Responsable Développement Packaging, l'ingénieur Développement Packaging est chargé(e) de :
Piloter les projets de développement packaging en collaboration avec les différents services internes (Marketing, R&D, Achats, Qualité, Opérations Industrielles)
Traduire les souhaits esthétiques des équipes Marketing et de la Direction Générale en apportant des solutions techniques, tout en respectant les impératifs industriels
Travailler en collaboration étroite avec le service Achats pour mener à bien les projets en respect des délais et des prix
Apporter son expérience technique pour l'analyse et l'étude des problèmes Qualité rencontrés sur les packagings
Diplômé(e) BAC+5 Ecole d'ingénieur Packaging type ESIEC, ESEPAC ou équivalent avec une expérience de +/- 5 ans dans une entreprise du secteur cosmétique.
Une expertise dans la conception packaging primaire et secondaire ainsi que des matériaux, des packagings et des technologies de décor.
De bonnes connaissances et expériences en stratégie RSE (éco-conception, cycle de vie et circularité des produits) et dans la gestion de projets.
Une bonne maîtrise des logiciels courants (notamment Excel).
