Review:
Centralize, reply to and analyse customer reviews received on Google and Facebook.

At Partoo, Salesforce & all (or almost) the other tools & processes are managed by the Ops team.

Salesforce was implemented in-house 5 years ago and since then every newcomer of the team has been trained to acquire some expertise on the topic & be autonomous on their projects.

Today, we are looking for an experienced Salesforce Admin that can help us bring operational efficiency to the next step.


TEAM \uD83D\uDC99


Your role being transverse, you will be attached to Ops Team, composed of the Enterprise Team (6+ people) managed by Fanny and the SMBs Team (4+ people) managed by Antoine.

They all have a quite deep knowledge of Salesforce back-office but they need your guidance to keep our Salesforce strong over time.

You will have a weekly meeting with Clément, our COO, as well as with the two Head of Ops (Enterprise/SMBs).

You will also be involved in the Ops Team routines.


MISSONS \uD83D\uDD25:


  • Ensure the health of the Salesforce backoffice: user role and profile management, flow management, architecture management, etc

Objective:
have a Salesforce under control.

  • Work with the Ops team on the technical aspects of their projects, sometimes as an internal consultant to share your expertise, and sometimes by taking full responsibility for the technical aspects, in direct contact with the business teams.
  • Train the Ops team on Salesforce best practices.
  • Stay uptodate on the Salesforce ecosystem in order to proactively propose improvements to the existing Salesforce setup.
  • Deepen and optimize the use of Jira Service Desk to handle requests addressed to Ops, and also manage Jira for all Tech teams (maximum half a day per week).
