Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Management Control

Establishment and development of activity indicator and of performance measure in line with the management needs.
Analysis of company performance (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Cash Flow).
Active role in the budget and forecasting process.
Active role in US GAAP implementation and in French GAAP compliance.

Internal Control

Definition and writing of the process in collaboration with the various actors under the Internal Control Manager's responsibility.
Definition and establishment of consistency monitoring.
Internal Audit: definition and realization of test plan in collaboration with the Internal Control Manager.
Update and/or establishment of a reporting for the undertaken actions.

Education/Experience Requirements:

Education Requirements:

Higher Degree Studies in Management/Finance (Business School) or equivalent

Experience requirements

A first successful experience in Internal Control or equivalent required. Ability to establish administrative and accounting procedures and to set up the financial security.
Ability to implement monitoring tools and indicators and to analyze them.
Ability to communicate with the Managers of the operating departments.
