Job Summary:


The E&O Sr Analyst (Finance Controller) ensures the control of the conduct of an organization by anticipating the various events as well as adapting to its forecasted evolution.

He/she is essentially responsible for financial control, but also for organizing the economic management of the entity. He/she defines the objectives and measures the performance in order to optimize its financial profitability.


This position is particularly oriented towards the control of an EMEA Spine product inventory centralized in Valencia and managed by LDR Médical.

The scope also covers the analysis of the obsolescence of this stock and the implementation of corresponding KPIs as well as the forecasting of evolutions according to the input data (markets, logistics).


Scope:
Centralized stock (NODE 1) located in Valencia (belonging to LDR).


Main mission:


  • Oracle could expert who can automatize the E&O processes
  • Finance control
  • Analyze and follow the centralized stocks
  • Follow and calculate the depreciation of the stock
  • Related to these areas:
  • Prepare and analyze input data at each closing on a recurring basis (quarterly) projection on inventory and obsolescence, (annual) budget construction for these areas (inventory and obsolescence)
  • Set up and develop activity and performance measurement indicators in line with management needs
  • Internal control in relation to the specific areas of the position (inventory management, obsolescence calculation)
  • Define and write processes in collaboration with the different actors
  • Definition & implementation of consistency control
  • Internal audit: Define & implement test plans in collaboration with the manager
  • Update and/or set up a reporting of the actions undertaken
  • Interaction with other departments: Sales, Logistics, etc.

Education and Experience Requirements:


  • Higher education in Management/Finance (business school, MBA) or equivalent.
  • Significant professional experience in finance control or equivalent is required.
  • Ability to implement administrative, accounting and financial security procedures
  • Ability to set up and analyze monitoring tools and indicators
  • Ability to communicate with managers of operational departments
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
