MISSION:


  • Reporting to the Head of Marketing, owns the development and execution of the marketing strategies for a product or a group of products throughout its entire life cycle.
  • Works closely with the marketing team, the R&D team, the sales team, the pricing team, and other stakeholders to ensure that the product meets the needs of the customers and achieves the business goals. Conducts market research, competitive analysis, customer feedback, and data analysis to identify market opportunities and trends.
  • Responsible for leading the product's gotomarket strategy. Focuses on communicating the value proposition of the product both internally and externally; collaborating with the field marketing team to create and deliver compelling marketing materials such as brochures, case studies, presentations, webinars, newsletters, etc. that showcase the benefits and features of our products.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Monitoring industry trends to identify new opportunities.
  • Studying the company's products and their benefits for different customer segments.
  • Coordinating with other marketing team members.
  • Developing effective marketing strategies, plans and tools for each stage of the product lifecycle.
  • Reporting on marketing campaign performance.
  • Maintaining relationships with existing clients.
  • Acting as the voice of the customer and understanding their needs.
  • Training and educating sales team on how to sell the product effectively and address customer objections.
  • Addressing questions around product, technical information, target customers, pricing, etc.

TRAINING:


  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or related field.
  • Languages: English & Spanish high level.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:


  • At least 3 years of experience in product marketing management or similar role in a B2B environment.
  • Experience in the plywood industry or related sectors is a plus.
  • Experience working in a highvolume, fastpaced environment.
