MISSION:


  • To supervise and carry out recruitment, hiring, training and development activities, identify potential and planning future personnel needs, payroll and severance processes, and to advise the Plant Director on labourrelated matters, channel labour relations with the Works Committee and handle requests, queries and comments from centre employees, in compliance with Group policies and guidelines, the instructions of his/her Regional HRBP and current legislation, in order to provide a professional, quality service based on his/her knowledge and people skills that ensures an appropriate working climate, compliance with the legislation in force at all times, and that targets and deadlines are met

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • 2. To work in coordination with the areas involved in recruitment, in particular H&S, carrying out the induction activities needed to ensure new staff are integrated into the work centre, in accordance with established procedures, so that employees start working with the appropriate training and resources, in the time stipulated.
  • 3. To collect annual data on salary increase requests submitted by the Plant Director and department managers, incorporating any comments which add value, in order to provide reliable, accurate and quality data to enable the Group's Remuneration Manager to carry out a meaningful analysis.
  • 4. To compile performance evaluations and the data used to calculate Bonus payments to ensure that the information collected is accurate and timely.
  • 5. To compile incident reports, including "Clockingin" issues and any other type (sickness, sick leave, accidents, time off allowed, expenses, advances, Article 7p tax exemptions, etc.), informing the external payroll supplier of the figures and payment dates and coordinating with said supplier to ensure that the payments are timely and without errors.
  • 6. To prepare the information required by the Group for budgeting, the analysis of KPIs and audits, ensuring that the data is reliable and available on time.
  • 7. To identify potential and talent in the work centre and prepare proposals to help individuals develop and move between roles and locations, in order to ensure the company has the right people to achieve its growth strategy, while ensuring the right balance between internal promotion and the recruitment of external talent.
  • 8. To detect training needs and report them to the Group's Training and Development Manager, organising said training in his/her work centre, attending to the associated legal and administrative requirements, in accordance with the Annual Training Plan, and the guidelines and procedures established by the Group Manager, in order to ensure that training is appropriate in terms of scope, attendance, timing, cost and quality.
  • 9. To attend meetings with works committees and employees' representatives, organise and coordinate the elections of representatives and any other activities associated with labour relations at the plant, maintaining close contact with employees, identifying and reporting significant situations and information to their managers, in order to respond to daytoday needs and issues in compliance with legislation and the collective agreement, ensuring an appropriate working climate in the centre.
  • 10. To execute decisions to terminate employment contracts in his/her centre, and to keep up to date on labour legislation and the content of the collective agreement in force in order to provide quality, responsive advice to assist the Plant Director in his/her duties, in line with the Group's policies and procedures.
  • 11. To carry out the internal communication activities required at centre and Group level via the channels in place (SF, posters, talks, etc.) in compliance with the policies established and the guidelines issued by his/her managers, in order to ensure that messages are correctly and swiftly transmitted to the target audience.

TRAINING:


  • General training:
  • Degree or equivalent qualification: BACHELOR ́S DEGREE IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION AND MANAGEMENT, PSYCHOLOGY, LAW, EMPLOYMENT RELATIONS, EMPLOYMENT STUDIES, ETC
  • Language Skills:
  • Oral and written intermediate level in English

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:


  • Experience: 2 years ́ minimum experience in similar position
