    Poste et missions

    POSTE ET MISSIONS

    Vous rejoignez notre équipe Business Management & Transformation au sein du département IT de Natixis Corporate and Investment Banking (1900 personnes dans le monde), qui recherche un Chef de projet , pour une alternance de 1 an , à partir de Septembre 2024 .

    Business Management & Transformation est notamment en charge du programme de transformation de l'IT de Natixis Corporate and Investment Banking

    En collaboration avec votre tuteur, vos missions principales seront :

  • Infuser auprès des équipes, le changement induit par IT Industrialization Mener les actions d'accompagnement ad-hoc Représenter et promouvoir IT Industrialization Animer un site intranet : déployer la stratégie de communication définie, gérer la ligne éditoriale, créer du contenu, évaluer l'efficacité des actions menées
  • Participer à l'organisation d'événements pour différentes communautés
  • Pour veiller au bien-vivre ensemble et favoriser les interactions entre équipes Animer une communauté d'ambassadeurs Suivre le fonctionnement des équipes en flex office Relayer dans les instances de CIO CIB & Risks les principales informations relatives aux espaces de travail pour la bonne information de tous les collaborateurs Remonter aux instances dédiées les éventuelles suggestions ou points poussés par les collaborateurs de CIO CIB & Risks Rédiger une newsletter mensuelle

    Profil et compétences requises

    Étudiant(e) de niveau Bac+5, vous préparez un diplôme universitaire ou d'école de commerce, avec une spécialisation en Pilotage de projet ou Accompagnement du changement ou Projet Communication.

    Vous êtes créatif(ve), avez un excellent relationnel, une très bonne capacité d'écoute et avez envie d'apprendre.

    Vous maitrisez le pack Office et Sharepoint

    And last but not least, you are perfectly fluent in English.
