The Role and What You'll Do:
We are looking for an experienced & passionate Design Lead to join our global creative team in Paris.

The role will work collaboratively with a cross-functional team and will concept, design, and create compelling design work for our Olympic & Paralympic Games Paris 2024 Official Hospitality Program marketing campaigns.


As a key member of our global creative team you will work with teams around the world to deliver best-in-class marketing campaigns and assets that disrupt the status quo and drive brand value and revenue for the program.- Work closely with the Head of Creative & the Global Creative Director to lead, create & deliver highly engaging B2B & B2C design concepts and campaign assets;- Present conceptual layouts for design routes that clearly communicate the vision to teams and key stakeholders;- Lead the development of brand identity systems for our hospitality program through future-forward solutions that live and breathe in a 3D, 4D, and virtual world;- Lead and support the creative team through your strategic design solutions;- Oversee, optimize and direct our designers in-house and agency-side to deliver your design vision as assets are developed and delivered;- Keep abreast of new technologies and techniques, contemporary trends in production design and pop culture to deliver cutting edge work;- Mentor, guide & inspire your team of designers and creatives.


You Have These- Demonstrable working experience delivering best-in-class B2B & B2C creative and design for premium brands & properties;- A strong portfolio showcasing high-end design expertise and a breadth of work across print, digital & mixed media;- Demonstrable experience successfully managing & mentoring other creatives and designers;- Experience working on brands in the world of sports is preferred;- Superior knowledge of design, illustration, typography, layout, photography, motion and video;- Mac proficiency with strong Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects;- Working knowledge of Premiere, Cinema 4d, Sketch, HTML/CSS, Photography, Illustration is all a plus,- A deep appreciation for the principles of design while also knowing when and where to break the rules;- A naturally creative mindset with a bias to innovative & strategic creative solutions;- Deep curiosity and passion for pop-culture, consumer trends, emerging tech and media;- Excellent written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal communications skills;- The ability to balance multiple projects at once and work well under tight deadlines;- The ability to build and maintain effective relationships with a range of key internal and external stakeholders (often in different countries and time zones);- The ability to self-direct and motivate and work with mínimal supervision;- Excellent time management skills, ability to work calmly under pressure whilst meeting deadlines.- The ability to be both a hands-on designer and creative leader & manager.- Must be fluent in French & English.
