    JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Au sein dune équipe de 3 Assistants RH et rattaché(e) à la responsable administration du personnel.

    • TASKS

  • Rédaction des contrats de travail, avenants, lettres de mission (garant du cadre juridique des contrats et des procédures)
  • Mise à jour de loutil RH Workday et tenue du dossier administratif des salariés (de lentrée à la sortie)
  • Effectuer les différentes déclarations pour lembauche : DDTEFP, remplir les cerfa pour obtenir les titres de travail.
  • Réaliser les DPAE
  • Suivre la gestion des visites médicales en collaboration avec linfirmière
  • Rédiger les différents courriers : période dessai, réponse aux démissions & congés parentaux.
  • Répondre aux différentes questions des salariés sur la mutuelle et la prévoyance
  • Transmettre les éléments variables au service paie
  • Suivi administratif des Accidents du travail
  • Formaliser des modes opératoires RH (en fonction des projets en cours)

    • MUST HAVE SKILLS

  • Formation : Licence ARH
  • Compétences : Législation sociale, faire preuve dorganisation et dautonomie
  • Langues : Anglais
  • Outils informatiques : Pack Office et Workday
  • Aptitudes professionnelles : rigueur, sens du relationnel et du service, confidentialité
