Overview
The Consulting Services Manager will ensure the overall satisfaction of Advance Workshop customers, while providing consultancy, trainings and product adoption, customer follow-ups, and other required documentation.
His / her role centres on creating customer service policies to help employees effectively communicate with customers, training team members or people in other orgs about company products or services and speaking with customers who have complex questions.
Key ResponsibilitiesPost-Sales Implementation and Support Including:
- Managing small and mediumsize projects
- Writing specifications to configure product to support customer business processes.
- Installing and configure the products with R&D and Support team.
- Delivering product trainings.
- Following up with the customer and reporting to the wider team
Deliver Consulting and training Services Including:
- Delivering consulting services to customers
- Developing customer consulting material for delivering and sharing with the wider team
- Conducting postconsultancy course customer reviews
General Company Duties Including:
- Working with the sales team to define Professional Services portfolio
- Building bespoke offerings for customers including management of time
- Developing / updating best practices to ensure a good workflow and high engagement and productivity of technical consultants
- Providing status reports to Solution Leader regularly on project management situational position.

Responsibilities:
- What you must have done already:
- Extensive experience in consultancy and project implementation
- Have experience in mentoring a team.
- What is nice to have done already:
- A good understanding of the construction or manufacturing industry
- Knowledge of Rebar and/or Steel Industry
Qualifications:
- Fluent English Speaking is required for all roles at Graitec as enabling the team to collaborate WW
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including facetoface, telephone and written communication skills
