    Job Description

    Main objectives:

  • Driving Group cash flow generation
  • Seeking for the optimization of the main cash drivers
  • Being insightful and identifying R&O by analyzing Cash & Balance sheet (Actual, Forecast and Budget)
  • Building balance sheet review process

    • MAJOR AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY

  • Cash management :
  • Supervise all cash reporting processes with group treasury team (Actual, Forecasts, Budget)
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting to top management regarding cash position and financial performance
  • Analyze cash main drivers and elaborate action plans to optimize cash generation
  • Balance sheet review :
  • Act as an expert concerning Balance sheet topics including but not limited to Non Fleet Working Capital (NFWC), provisions, rental fleet, net debt, etc., providing expertise from both operational and business perspectives
  • Create analysis files and implement a systematic process for the reporting and review of the balance sheet
  • Monitor the financing and debt position on the balance sheet while overseeing and managing the associated interest income and expenses reflected in the Profit and Loss statement
  • Provide comprehensive insights into the financial performance by conducting in-depth analyses of balance sheet accounts.
  • Training :
  • Develop and train on cash forecast methodology to support strategic planning and decision-making
  • Develop training documentation and conduct training sessions for juniors

    • INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS

  • Central finance team (especially with Treasury and Consolidation)

    • Qualifications

    PERSONAL PROFILE OF POSITION HOLDER

    Previous experiences:

  • At least 5 years in Finance Controlling, Finance Planning & Analysis or Audit or a similar position

    • Education level:

  • Master degree

    • Languages:

  • Fluent English, French is a plus
  • Any other is valued

    • Computer skills:

  • Masters Excel and Powerpoint
  • Knowledge of SAP Finance Consolidation is valued
  • Knowledge of BI (Qliksense) and Anaplan is valued

    • Personal characteristics:

  • Extensive knowledge about finance;
  • Strong analytical skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to for effective collaboration across departments;
  • Highly organized and structured, knowing exactly who to contact and what information to share;
  • Reliable: Following through on commitments, producing timely work to required – or higher - standards, and pitching in to get the job done;
