Job Description:


The PMO Transformation supports the Executive Director Transformation in delivering strategic transformation projects for the Accor Tech department, working closely with the CTO and his Deputy.


Your mission:

  • He/she will work closely with project managers and project teams to ensure successful delivery of key transformation projects, including the ongoing transformation program of Accor Tech or future programs to come, through effective project management practices and discipline.
  • He/she will liaise with project stakeholders on all aspects of program management to ensure proper monitoring and followup of strategic projects, such as the ongoing transformation.

Program Planning and Governance of strategic projects:

  • Put in place the governance meetings.
  • Ensure roadmaps are developed with a standardized methodology and approach.
  • Prepare documentation for the required committees.
  • Followup and update budget and business case.

Program Control:

  • Build and monitor master plan status and individual roadmap status, progress updates, designing KPIs and dashboards.
  • Liaise with teams and keep track of alignment between all stakeholders.
  • Monitor the risk matrix of strategic project.
  • Report regularly to the Executive Director Transformation on status and progress of the program
  • Escalate any need / delay / risk to the Management

Qualifications:

Domain expertise

  • 5 to 7 years professional experience
  • Strong project management and coordination skills
  • Analyst or consultant experience
Individual Skills

  • Organization and planning
  • Solid understanding of financial and operational levers ability to build a financial model
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially in PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Technical knowhow in program/project management methodology
  • Analytical mind
  • Fluent French & English

Additional info

  • Located in Paris, Sequana Office
