To cater to the size and diversity of our student population and their interests; Within the Operations Team, Campus Recruitment Advisors collaborate closely with the Employer Engagement Team, primarily tasked with cultivating relationships with recruiting partners and optimising the recruitment process for both employers and students.
The CRA provides guidance and assistance to those recruiting partners regarding their involvement with INSEAD MBA and MIM students and participants from GEMBA and EMFin programmes.
This involves coordinating and promoting their activities, as well as collecting pertinent data to inform strategic decisions.Oversee employer advertising and promotion efforts, crafting tailored messages to increase company awareness among relevant INSEAD student cohorts; Configure all events on CareerGlobe, the recruitment platform for students/recruiters.
Proactively address student inquiries regarding recruitment activities, including work authorisation and role requirements. Understand allocated industry sectors to grasp the associated terminology and comprehend the structure of these sectors.Monitor key recruiters' websites and work with recruiting contacts to identify if there are potential roles to advertise to our students/participants.
